Working alongside retailers, Concept4 can organise large scale site surveys, and appoint and oversee the work of quantity surveyors, engineers, and architectural consultants
This process is vital in determining the scope of works, as well as providing detailed information for our CAD designers, so they can produce accurate and up-to-date drawings and layouts.
Once surveys are completed, Concept4 works in close consultation with consultants to prepare detailed cost plans based on the client’s specification and requirements.
Our team are able to advise clients at every stage of the planning process, and can evaluate the feasibility of alternative layouts to ensure the optimum design is achieved, cost-effectively.
