A seamless approach

Once retail and cost plans have been approved, Concept4 will liaise with the client to draw up a schedule of works to fit in with the client’s timescales.

As well as overseeing the completion and submission of all relevant planning applications, we also manage all aspects of Health and Safety planning and training.

Our project managers can procure and manage all contractors and suppliers, supervising work, where necessary, to ensure Best Practice is maintained and building specifications are met.

Throughout the project Concept4 will exercise tight budgetary control, providing progress reports to clients at every key stage of development, as well as overseeing the snagging works and final certification to achieve a smooth handover and completion.
