Every project is unique, but as a starting point we will always submit a detailed cost plan covering everything in the project brief.
Our level of involvement can vary from project to project. Although work tends to be commissioned at the planning stage, Concept4 have also been recruited to replace existing contractors mid project to turn schemes around.
