All relocations are managed by a dedicated moves manager, who will work to the client brief to ensure that all technology, connections and personal effects are accounted for.

Concept4 can plan the reconfiguration of the existing desk layouts and implement a new space plan, as well as arranging the delivery and installation of new furniture.

Throughout the entire process, we will ensure that communication is maintained with both the client and the service suppliers, and that a move schedule is issued to clarify the programme and instructions to staff.

Client satisfaction surveys are always conducted following each move, and our continuous improvement process ensures that all surveys are analysed and any modifications to procedures implemented to keep pace with the changing demands of the client.
